What are ADAS Calibrations and why do they need to be done to my vehicle?

At Scans On Site, we ensure that all ADAS calibrations are performed strictly in accordance with OEM guidelines. ADAS calibrations involve adjusting and fine-tuning the sensors and cameras that power your vehicle’s safety features, such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance, and automatic emergency braking. These systems depend on sensors like cameras, radar, LIDAR, and ultrasonic sensors, all of which must be accurately calibrated to function properly.
Do you service retail customers?

Unfortunately, no, we currently operate on a business-to-business basis only and do not offer retail services for personal vehicles. Service requests must come through an authorized shop.
How do I get my shop set up to use your service?

It's simple—just submit your business information to office@scansonsitellc.com or give us a call at 443 - 960 - 0414. We'll need your business name, address, phone number, email, and an invoice email if it's different from your main email.

When will you arrive on site?

We aim to arrive either the same day or the next day, with a goal of a 24-hour turnaround time. However, please note that times are not guaranteed, as scheduling is based on a first-come, first-served basis or according to our route schedule.
